BOSTON — After a thrilling series win against the Detroit Tigers where the Yankees won the final two games of the series, the Yankees now head to Fenway Park to take on the Red Sox.
Tonight, it will be a rematch of the Winner Take All 2025 AL Wild Card Game 3, with Cam Schlittler going against Connelly Early.
The Red Sox are coming off losing 2/3 games on the road against the Colorado Rockies. This season, Boston is 12-25 at Fenway Park and overall has struggled at home.
The Yankees have the second-best road record in baseball, 26-16, and the Red Sox pose a challenge for them. The Yankees have been solid in the AL East this season, and they look to continue that trend in enemy territory.
